Festival Greetings from Diana E. Knauf, SIFF Board President

Welcome to the 49th Seattle International Film Festival: a celebratory time for Seattle with films, special guests, gala events, and more! We are fortunate to present both in-person and streaming options once again, making the Festival accessible to more and more of our community.

We are so happy to have you with us, where we can share in the joy of gathering to see the stories brought to us by filmmakers from around the world. Our 18-day festival, showing 139 feature-length films and 125 shorts, continues to present the varied and diverse perspectives of filmmakers that change us and make us think.

SIFF also continues to show films year-round on our 5 screens in 3 locations, as well as offering diverse educational programs for kids and adults. We are fortunate that SIFF, my favorite arts non-profit, has endured through the pandemic and looks forward to building a healthy, robust future as we anticipate our NEXT 50 years! We so appreciate your help and support in continuing our mission.
