With an annual season of Broadway at The Paramount, Silent Movie Mondays, a Theatre Access Program, among a series of dance, jazz, live concerts, speakers, comedy, special events, and family shows, the Paramount is a thriving landmark theatre. Located in Downtown, The Paramount will serve as host for SIFF's Opening Night Film & Party on Thursday, May 9, 2024.
Located on the corner of 9th Avenue and Pine Street in downtown Seattle, one block North of the Seattle Convention Center, and directly across the street from the Convention Place Metro Tunnel entrance.

The Paramount Theatre is located in the east end of the downtown Seattle retail core and is within walking distance from many major bus stops. Parking
The Paramount Theatre does not have its own parking lot. The garage at Amazon’s Doppler building offers free parking evenings and weekends. There is a loading zone on 9th Avenue and Pine to drop off passengers. There are several pay lots in the area as well as metered street parking (after 8 pm and Sundays are free). There are also multi-level garages at The Grand Hyatt’s 7th and Pike Street Garage, Seattle Convention Center, and in Pacific Place Mall.
