Instinct, love, risk, and wisdom are intertwined in this visual and sound journey narrated by Mexican singer Julieta Venegas, with texts by the Spanish poet María José Martín and original music by American composer Bryce Dessner. Renowned Mexican cinematographer Lorenzo Hagerman (Heli, Plaza Catedral) makes his directorial debut with a documentary that bends the limits of the medium and blends masterfully breathtaking photography, the intelligence of nature, a welcome dose of humor and the perspective of science, offering an unforgettable tale of the collective resilience in the animal world, at once surprising, enthralling and deeply inspiring.
