An intimate reception kicked off the 15th annual Noir City film festival at SIFF Cinema Egyptian, with remarks from SIFF Executive Director Tom Mara; SIFF Festival Programming Manager Stan Shields; and Eddie Muller, Film Noir Foundation founder and host of Turner Classic Movies' "Noir Alley." Noir City sponsor PNTA set up the perfect photo booth for attendees to enjoy.
