Thank you for your interest in supporting the Annual Marquee Gala as a Table Captain! We are here to provide resources and suggestions to help make the experience easy and most importantly FUN!

What Does a Table Captain Do?

Invite: Each table captain hosts a table (or tables) of 10 guests – friends, family, colleagues and business partners, etc. – anyone who wants to support SIFF and great cinema in our community. For more details and helpful tips on outreach, please check out the packet below.

Stay Connected: We all need reminders from time to time – and SIFF’s social media is a great way to be in the know! Direct your guests to our accounts for event updates and we’ll also send a reminder email before the big day.

Host: Enjoy mingling at the cocktail reception with your guests, and share your passion for SIFF! Once the dinner and program begins, sit back and be inspired to make an impact with them during the Raise the Paddle portion of the evening.

The Next Step: Encourage your guests to get more involved – invite them to a future screening or one of the many exciting programs we have going on year-round.
