Local theaters join SIFF venues to host in-person screenings as art is revealed for the festival, screening May 15-25 across Seattle.

SEATTLE – The 2025 Seattle International Film Festival returns in person May 15-25 & virtually on the SIFF Channel May 26-June 1. Today, SIFF announced the Seattle venues who will be hosting Festival screenings and revealed the 2025 Festival poster art created with longtime creative partner WONGDOODY.

“Working with the WONGDOODY team each year to create our branding is the perfect inspirational kickstart to our Festival planning,” said SIFF Artistic Director Beth Barrett, “This year, we really wanted to focus on the opportunities art and cinema can provide as a safe haven for us all. Cinema can be an escape, that’s true, but it can also be a place to educate ourselves and explore the truths of those who are different from us. We all need that inspiring trip to the cinema more now than ever; the theater is a destination worth traveling to.
